This is a 3-seat floating license that offers the same level of functionality and support as the Individual Annual License + live online training.

The key difference is that the same license key can be used to install Modelur on up to 10 computers and it can be used by 3 people at the same time. The compensation for this flexibility is that you need to have an active internet connection so that Modelur can approve free seats.

The license is flexible, meaning that more computers and/or seats can also be added during subscription period if needed.

You can choose whether you want your license tied to a specific location (e.g. office), or leave it available for use anywhere, where there is internet access.

This license expires one year after the purchase date.

Enterprise License is meant for large organizations with minimum of 25 Modelur users/activations. This License is non-capped so you can activate Modelur on more workstations that initially purchased; the difference is accounted for only upon renewal.

In contrast to Floating license, Modelur works concurrently on all workstations where Enterprise License is installed.

Enterprise License is simlar to SketchUp’s Enterprise License.

A license for educational (non-commercial) use by a single user on 1 computer. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and it includes all upgrades, forum support and access to recorded Q&A sessions with Modelur Professional users and development team. This license requires online validation each time Modelur is run. Export of urban control values is limited.

To apply for Student License you’ll need to prove that you are engaged in university program during the current study year by providing us your ISIC number or student ID card scan. Once we validate your request, you will receive further instructions on how to obtain Student License of Modelur.

A network based license for educational institutions (non-commercial use only). It is valid for one semester (6 months) and it includes all Modelur upgrades, forum support and access to recorded Q&A sessions with Modelur development team.

This license requires persistent internet connection to handle dynamic seat management and it is locked to specific IP (or IP range), so that it can be used only inside licensed network environment.
